Postage Stamp Quilt Matching Pillow

In a spurt of energy today, I actually finished the pillow to match the Postage Stamp Quilt before I even finished the quilt. Unexpected, but definitely satisfying! I pretty much used the same borders and border proportions of the quilt for the pillow. It turned out very cute!

All stuffed! I can't wait for the quilt to be nicely finished and folded on the back of that chair to match!



I had a minor freak out that the brown fabric that I used for the skinny border and backing was supposed to be left for the binding of the quilt, but then I realized that I had already cut the binding (thank god!) and so I should be fine.

Also, just ordered the pattern and fabric (jelly roll time!) for a quilt made with the same adorable Martinique fabric as that pillow I made. It just matches my bedding so well, I can't help it. And I'm incredibly excited for more of that wonderful paisley that I chose for the quilt back too!
